管培生（技術支持方向）
身份要求：2021畢業生，2022屆畢業本科生，大四在校生；
專業背景：理工科，熟悉CAD平面制圖（加分）；
語言要求：大學英語四級或及其以上；
時間：在校生需每周到崗至少四天；畢業生全職；
薪酬：具體薪酬面談（不低于天津市場水平）；
地點：津南開發區中宏道2號
管培生期間需要學習并且熟悉以下內容
熟悉制作產品；
維護培訓中心的良好工作秩序和環境，管理設備；
熟悉操作培訓、演示組裝工藝，參與技術培訓工作；
配合技術部對新產品進行工藝性和功能性驗證；
配合技術部對技術資料進行實踐驗證；
配合質量部對產品的不確定性問題進行工藝與功能驗證；
參與公司提供的其他培訓；
完成領導交代的其他工作；
