3. 具有博士學(xué)位，專業(yè)所屬一級(jí)學(xué)科為外國(guó)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)，二級(jí)學(xué)科為英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、外國(guó)語(yǔ)言學(xué)及應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言學(xué)、翻譯學(xué)等。

4. 掌握本學(xué)科扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和研究技能，具有完成本學(xué)科教學(xué)工作和從事研究的能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力強(qiáng)。

5. 具有國(guó)內(nèi)外高校相關(guān)教學(xué)經(jīng)歷2年以上優(yōu)先。

6. 科研方面滿足下列3項(xiàng)條件之中的1項(xiàng)：

1)以第一作者/通訊作者署名發(fā)表同行公認(rèn)的高水平論文代表作至少2篇;

2)公開(kāi)出版至少1部高水平學(xué)術(shù)專著或教材;

3)主持至少1項(xiàng)省部級(jí)(含)以上科研/教學(xué)項(xiàng)目。

二、崗位職責(zé)

1. 承擔(dān)大學(xué)本科生及研究生的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。

2. 參與英語(yǔ)中心的相關(guān)學(xué)科及專業(yè)建設(shè)。

3. 按照整體規(guī)劃參與課程大綱、指導(dǎo)用書及教材編制。

4. 承擔(dān)學(xué)校及中心所要求的科研工作及公共服務(wù)。

5. 參加集體備課、教學(xué)研討會(huì)及例會(huì)。

6. 協(xié)助組織并指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加英語(yǔ)課外活動(dòng)及比賽。

7. 為中心公眾號(hào)提供素材及指導(dǎo)。

Based on the needs of the work, the English Language Center (ELC) is open for recruitment of native English teachers with the following job requirements:

I. Job Requirements

1.Have good political qualityideological morality, law-abiding, good conduct, physicalmental health.

2. Born after January 1 1984.

3. A doctoral degree obtained in the field of foreign languageliterature, with specialization in English languageliterature, foreign linguisticsapplied linguistics,translation studies.

4. Solid theoretical foundationresearch skills in this discipline with the ability of teachingconducting research work as well as strong teamwork.

5. Priority for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at domesticinternational universities.

6. Meet one out of the following three conditions regarding scientific research:

a) Publish at least 2 representative peer-recognized high-level papers as the first author/corresponding author;

b) Published at least 1 high-level academic monographstextbooks;

c) Led at least one provincial/ministerial level (or higher) scientific research/teaching project."

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Undertaking English teaching for undergraduatepostgraduate students.

2. Participating in the construction of related disciplinesspecialties in the English Language Centre.

3. Participating in the preparation of course syllabi, guide booksteaching materials in accordance with the overall plan.

4. Involved in academic research workpublic service as required by the UniversityELC.

5. Taking part in collective lesson preparation, teaching seminarsregular meetings.

6. Assisting in organizingguiding students in English extracurricular activitiescompetitions.

7. Providing materialsinstruction for ELC's public website.
